r. Gerberg is Chief Executive Officer of America's Job Network, Inc (AJN). He founded the firm, along with a group of senior executives, HR Directors, and others with experience in the employment field. Originally a dot.com, his firm became one of the winners coming out of that era.

Mr. Gerberg has experience working in general management, sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 firm, consulting firms, and start-up ventures. Industry experience includes the Internet, consumer package goods, speciality consulting services, publishing, and retail.

Mr. Gerberg has developed expertise in a wide variety of business areas critical to the success of both start-up ventures and ongoing concerns, including profit and loss responsibility, affiliate and online network marketing, licensing and distribution agreements, consulting service delivery and quality control, new product development, corporate and consumer sales, recruitment and human resources, search engine optimization, financial management, legal services and real estate.

He has been instrumental in every phase of the development of AJN since its inception, including the conceptual framework, technical, design, programming, and production of the first beta websites, development of online consumer merchant systems, interactive database elements, the production and testing of corporate and private service presentations, and the implementation of world-class service delivery systems.

The divisions of his firm include an e-cruiting division, a global professional resume writing division, a firm that specializes in management of job campaigns and senior executive outplacement, and a technology division which operates a worldwide search engine for job seekers. His organization has approximately 500 professionals associated with the firm of a full and part time basis, and is headquartered in Colorado.

Mr. Gerberg began his career in sales with the Personal Products Division of Bausch & Lomb. He originally worked in Northern New Jersey and was then promoted to senior positions with increased responsibility in New York and Boston.

While with Bausch & Lomb, Mr. Gerberg effectively interfaced with management at all levels and developed, coordinated, and followed through on programs for new products, advertising, and customer service. Initially he managed 45 accounts totaling $1,500,000 in volume. Mr. Gerberg was then promoted to Account Executive in the New England Market where he was responsible for 30 accounts totaling $5,000,000 in annual volume. In the most competitive environment in the history of the Division, Mr. Gerberg became the company's top area producer and consistently met or exceeded all sales objectives.

While Princeton/Masters International, a licensing based career management service firm concept, he was part of a new product development team, and subsequently acted as Product Manager. Directly involved in financial structuring and business plan development, he played a key role in the creation of the products, including position of the concept, product design, packaging, and development of the marketing plan. Mr. Gerberg managed all production, scheduling and test-marketing through direct mail, telemarketing and one-one one consumer selling. At its peak, this licensing business generated revenues in excess of $8,000,000 a year.

Earlier in his career, he gained extensive experience in a number of publishing and career related businesses. through his college and post graduate years. Mr. Gerberg has been President of Princeton/Masters Press where he published one of the more successful job hunting books in the 1990's "An Easier Way to Change Jobs" and Managing Director of the Denver licensee for Princeton/Masters International, with over $2,000,000 per year in revenue.

Mr. Gerberg resides in Colorado with his wife Anthea, and three children. His personal interests over the years have varied widely and include competing in the sports of marathon running, triathlons, and adventure racing. He currently holds the rank of Shodan (1st degree Black Belt) in the martial art of Aikidio, which he received while practicing under one of the most respected Aikido Sensei's in the US.

He has a BA in Political Science from Colgate University and MBA in Finance & Marketing from The University of Colorado - Leeds School of Business, in Boulder. Mr. Gerberg also sits on the board of several career related firms in the employment field.
